MENTAL FITNESS for TEAMS

Self-sabotage rarely stays contained to one person. When even a few team members are operating from stress, self-doubt, or resistance to change, the effects ripple outward, eroding trust, collaboration, and performance across the entire group. What starts as an individual pattern becomes a team dynamic, and eventually, a culture.

Positive Intelligence® (PQ) is built to address this at the root, not the surface. Unlike traditional training that treats symptoms, PQ works by weakening the Saboteur brain, the source of stress, self-doubt, frustration, and perfectionism, while simultaneously strengthening the positive region of the brain, which drives clarity, innovation, collaboration, and adaptability. Validated with thousands of participants across diverse industries, PQ consistently delivers measurable improvements in team performance, stress management, and collaboration.

For sales teams and leadership groups specifically, this translates directly to the moments that matter most: staying composed after a lost deal, thinking clearly under quota pressure, and leading with resilience through change instead of reacting to it. The PQ Program for Teams combines app-based daily practice with personalized virtual group coaching, building individual capacity while creating a shared team dynamic.

MENTAL FITNESS WORKSHOP SERIES

IN PERSON or VIRTUAL

Burnout, underperformance, and lack of team cohesion aren't just challenges to manage. They're barriers to success and they almost never start as organizational problems. They start in the brain.

The prefrontal cortex, responsible for self-control, clarity, and creativity, goes offline the moment stress, fear, or self-doubt take over. In Positive Intelligence, this reactive state is called the Saboteur brain: survival-driven, negative, and quietly running the show in high-pressure moments. The good news is the opposite state, the Sage or positive region of the brain, defined by clarity, calm, and creativity, can be trained and activated on command.

Sarah's corporate workshops give teams a shared language for recognizing mental self sabotaging patterns in real time, along with simple, neuroscience-backed tools to shift into the positive region of the brain; not in a quiet moment of reflection later, but in the middle of the meeting, the deadline, or the difficult conversation where it actually counts. Each session blends the science of mental fitness with interactive discovery, so teams leave with more than a concept. They leave with a skill they can use immediately.

Workshops are fully customizable in length and format (in-person or virtual) to fit your team's goals, size, and schedule.

Most performance problems aren't a skills gap. They're internal: the pressure, the self-criticism, the reactivity under stress that quietly erodes focus, resilience, and decision-making, especially when the stakes are highest.

Sarah's workshops give teams a shared language for recognizing these patterns in real time, along with simple, neuroscience-backed tools to interrupt them, not in a quiet moment of reflection later, but in the middle of the meeting, the deadline, or the difficult conversation where it actually counts. Sessions are fully customizable in length and format, in-person or virtual, and available as a single session or a two-part series for teams ready to go deeper.

WORKSHOP 1: MENTAL FITNESS FOUNDATIONS

A foundational session introducing the neuroscience of mental fitness and Positive Intelligence, the core mental muscles that drive performance and wellbeing, and practical tools for shifting out of self-sabotage and into clarity under pressure.

WHATS COVERED:

The Saboteur Assessment: each participant walks away with a personalized look at their own patterns

The 10 most common ways we self-sabotage, and which one shows up most for you

The neuroscience of peak performance, including 10-second techniques to activate clear thinking on demand

How we unknowingly generate our own stress and how to generate peace of mind instead

The Three Gifts technique, for converting setbacks into opportunity

A live, interactive deep dive into the team's own top Saboteurs

The core mental muscle behind every top performer's edge, and how to build it in minutes a day

**Available as a 1-4-hour session, depending on your team's schedule and desired depth.

WORKSHOP 2: THE SAGE ROADMAP

A second session, offered a few weeks after Workshop 1, that turns the concept into a lived experience and teaches the Sage Powers. This is a guided, individual coaching experience delivered in a group setting, not a lecture, and not an open group discussion.

Each participant identifies a real challenge or goal they're personally working through. From there, the group is led together through a series of quiet contemplation and visualization exercises, each one corresponding to one of the 5 Sage Powers. Everyone moves through the process at the same time, but the experience is entirely individual, each person quietly working through their own specific challenge, guided by the same prompts.

By the end, participants haven't just learned the Sage perspective conceptually, they've used it, on something that actually matters to them — and they leave with a takeaway roadmap of the 5 Sage Steps to return to on their own.

60–75 minutes. Available in-person or virtually.

WHY TEAMS BRING THIS IN

When a team builds this capacity together, the impact compounds. People don't just become individually more resilient, they develop a shared vocabulary for recognizing unproductive patterns in themselves and each other, in real time, in the same meetings where those patterns used to go unchecked.

The result: improved focus and decision-making under pressure, greater resilience through change, less reactivity in difficult conversations, and a team that's not only more effective, but more aligned.

TESTIMONIAL

"Our Global Sales Leadership Team recently had the opportunity to participate in a Positive Intelligence course led by Sarah Lesker and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Sarah has a unique ability to command the room while creating an environment that is engaging, collaborative, and highly interactive. She is incredibly professional, quick on her feet, thoroughly prepared, and focused on ensuring every participant gains practical value from the session. What stood out most was Sarah's ability to help us understand our individual saboteurs, the internal voices and behaviors that can influence how we react to challenges stress in leadership situations. One of the most valuable takeaways was realizing that saboteurs are not inherently negative, they each have strengths and by understanding them and recognizing the triggers that activate them, we can become more effective leaders and communicators. The impact of the course was immediate and it provided practical tools to help us have more productive conversations, better understanding of ourselves and others, and ultimately lead our teams more effectively. Sarah facilitated an incredible amount of participation and discussion throughout the session. Every person in the room was engaged, contributing insights, and learning from one another. Sarah's facilitation style made the experience both insightful and memorable. For any sales leaders looking to invest in the development of their leadership team, I highly recommend Sarah Lesker and her Positive Intelligence program. The lessons learned are immediately applicable and can have a lasting impact on team performance, communication, and leadership effectiveness."

WOMENS WELLNESS WORKSHOP

“The 5 Supplements That Support Women’s Hormones & Overall Health"

(And they don't come in a pill bottle)

6o MINUTE WORKSHOP, IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL

When it comes to women’s health, some of the most meaningful ways to support your hormones, energy, strength, and overall well-being are surprisingly simple and they don't come in a pill bottle.

In this engaging, research-informed workshop, Sarah breaks down five foundational “supplements” that can have a meaningful impact on women’s hormones, energy, strength, metabolism, and overall well-being, without adding another pill to the routine.

Drawing from research specific to women as well as insights from leading experts in the field, Sarah translates complex health information into practical strategies women can understand and actually implement.

The 5 “Supplements”

Morning Sunlight: Understand the importance of morning light exposure to the suprachiasmatic nucleus, or circadian rhythm, the cortisol awakening response, and hormonal signaling, and how to make it part of your daily routine.

A Balanced Breakfast: Explore why the first meal of the day matters and learn simple strategies for building a breakfast that better supports energy and overall health.

Muscle: Learn why building and maintaining muscle is one of the most important investments women can make in their health as they age and practical ways to get started in their strength training routine.

Protein: Understand how much protein women need in their 20s-mid30s, during perimenopause, and in menopause, why protein quality matters, how to identify lean protein sources quickly, and simple strategies for getting approximately 30g of protein at each meal.

Mental Fitness: Discover how your inner Judge and critical thought patterns can influence your well-being, learn to recognize and break these patterns, and practice tools for shifting toward a more resilient, positive perspective and inner peace.

More Than Information: Practical Tools

This isn't a lecture filled with information women are expected to remember and figure out on their own. Throughout the workshop, Sarah provides practical tools and clear next steps including where to start if you're new to wellness strategies and how to refine your habits if you're already doing the basics. Participants leave with actionable strategies they can begin using immediately, along with additional resources, recommended reading, and practical protein and snack guides to support continued learning. Most importantly, Sarah's approach takes the pressure out of perfection. You don't have to change everything at once. You just need to know what matters most, why it matters, and where to start.

What Participants Are Saying
